Enrollment starts from an unknown attendance punch. Open Attendance and click an Unknown User.

Teaching Schedule

Default range is today. Select from/to dates to view all logs in that range.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows what is happening now. The cards show tutors, drivers and other staff currently present, plus how many children are studying or available. A child is studying only when a lesson is scheduled now and the assigned teacher is present.

Attendance

Select a date range to see every machine punch in that period. The default range is today. Unknown User means the device user has not yet been enrolled. Click the unknown name to create the person profile with that device ID locked.

People

People can be Teachers, Drivers or Other Staff. Device User ID comes from the attendance machine. Deactivate keeps history. Delete is allowed only when it is safe.

Children & Books

Add children and subjects, then assign a teacher to a child, subject, days and lesson time.

Reports

Teacher, child and staff reports use the first valid punch as check-in and the last valid punch as check-out. Daily Learning Timeline shows which child studied or was available during each scheduled time block.

Devices

Admins can see device name, model, serial number, online/offline status and last seen time.

Machine Configuration Required

Set the attendance machine exactly like this so it can send punches to Home Learning & Attendance.

Connect by Wi-Fi

1. Open the machine menu as admin.
2. Go to Network or Wireless Network / Wi-Fi.
3. Turn Wi-Fi ON.
4. Select the home Wi-Fi name.
5. Enter the Wi-Fi password and connect.
6. Keep DHCP ON so IP, gateway and DNS are received automatically.
7. Confirm the machine shows an IP address and internet/network is connected.

Connect by Ethernet

1. Plug LAN cable into the machine.
2. Open machine menu as admin.
3. Go to Network / Ethernet.
4. Set DHCP ON.
5. Save and confirm the machine receives IP, gateway and DNS automatically.

Enter ADMS / Push Settings

1. Open machine menu as admin.
2. Go to Comm., Communication, Cloud Server Settings, ADMS or Server Settings. The exact name depends on firmware.
3. Set ADMS / Server Mode ON.
4. Set Server IP 58.84.31.246.
5. Set Server Port 8088.
6. Set HTTPS OFF.
7. Set Push communication key 123456.
8. Save settings and restart the machine if required.

Enter Standalone Settings

1. Go to PC Connection or Comm..
2. Set Standalone Communication ON.
3. Set Standalone port 4370.
4. Save settings.

Dashboard URL inside office LAN: http://192.168.100.248:8090. ADMS device communication uses Server IP 58.84.31.246 and port 8088. Do not clear attendance logs from the machine unless you already confirmed they arrived in this web app.

If logs stop coming

Check Wi-Fi/Ethernet internet, DHCP, ADMS / Server Mode ON, Server IP 58.84.31.246, Server Port 8088, HTTPS OFF, Push communication key 123456, correct machine date/time, and the Devices page Last Seen status.

User Roles

Admin has full access. Enroller can manage people and learning setup but cannot manage devices or users. Viewer can only read Dashboard, Attendance, Reports and How to Use.
