How to Use Home Learning & Attendance
Dashboard
The dashboard shows what is happening now. The cards show tutors, drivers and other staff currently present, plus how many children are studying or available. A child is studying only when a lesson is scheduled now and the assigned teacher is present.
Attendance
Select a date to see every machine punch for that day. Unknown User means the device user has not yet been enrolled. Click the unknown name to create the person profile with that device ID locked.
People
People can be Teachers, Drivers or Other Staff. Device User ID comes from the attendance machine. Deactivate keeps history. Delete is allowed only when it is safe.
Children & Books
Add children and subjects, then assign a teacher to a child, subject, days and lesson time.
Reports
Teacher, child and staff reports use the first valid punch as check-in and the last valid punch as check-out. Daily Learning Timeline shows which child studied or was available during each scheduled time block.
Devices
Admins can see device name, model, serial number, online/offline status and last seen time.
User Roles
Admin has full access. Enroller can manage people and learning setup but cannot manage devices or users. Viewer can only read Dashboard, Attendance, Reports and How to Use.
